These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and abc58 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://abc58.net (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the abc58 Platform — including but not limited to the casino games, sports betting section, live dealer tables, bingo rooms, and any promotional content — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• Not a restricted person: Employees of abc58, its affiliated entities, game providers, and payment processors, as well as immediate family members of such employees, are not eligible to hold a player account.
• One account only: You must not currently hold, and must never previously have held, another abc58 account that was closed due to a breach of these Terms.

abc58 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending investigation.

To access real-money gaming on abc58, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is a mandatory requirement for all abc58 accounts and is conducted in compliance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. KYC verification requires you to submit:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. abc58 will not be responsible for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials.

All financial transactions on abc58 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). abc58 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any conversion fees incurred as a result of using a non-PHP payment instrument are the sole responsibility of the Player.

Deposits: abc58 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your abc58 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. abc58 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed KYC verification;
• Any active bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be met or the bonus forfeited before withdrawal;
• abc58 may request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds as required by its AML compliance program;
• Processing times are typically 5–30 minutes for GCash and Maya, and 1–3 business days for bank transfers, subject to bank processing schedules.

abc58 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, abc58 will notify the Player and conduct an investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

abc58 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, maximum bet limits during wagering, and expiry dates.

The following general conditions apply to all abc58 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• The maximum bet amount permitted while a wagering requirement is active is ₱500 per game round, unless specified otherwise in the promotion terms;
• abc58 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where a Player is found to have used a strategy designed to exploit bonus terms, including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns intended to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine game participation;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device;
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements;
• abc58 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights already accrued by the Player.

All games available on the abc58 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained dealers in compliance with applicable gaming standards. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be manipulated by abc58 or any Player.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in abc58's server logs shall be the definitive record. Players acknowledge that these server logs constitute binding evidence of all game transactions in the absence of manifest technical error.

abc58 shall not be liable for game interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, power outages, or device failures on the Player's side. Where a game round is interrupted and its outcome cannot be determined, abc58 may, at its discretion, void the game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's wallet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on abc58 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player games;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the abc58 Platform or software;

• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first attempting to resolve the matter through abc58 customer support.

abc58 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of abc58.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, abc58's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

abc58 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if abc58 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

abc58 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

abc58 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

abc58 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission. Your data is used for account management, KYC verification, payment processing, customer support, marketing communications (where you have consented), and regulatory reporting obligations.

You may close your abc58 account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. abc58 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, or money laundering;
• A request or directive from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority;
• Determination that the Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, abc58 may forfeit any remaining balance in the account. The Player will be notified of this decision in writing, and may submit a formal dispute to abc58's compliance team within 30 days of receiving notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the abc58 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days may be submitted to the appropriate Philippine courts or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, as applicable.

abc58 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the abc58 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect.
